We have now been training for a week in Kuantan, its great to be back for pre season conditioning ahead of what promises to be an eventful and demanding season. Pre season training is a crucial part of the season and as well as the physical aspect there is lots of time for further enhancing our team spirit and bonding by spending time away in camps which is normal at this stage of the year. Pre season usually starts with endurance runs and then the intensity is gradually increased as the weeks go by, followed by several friendly games to get back into the game rhythm and sharpness. We have around 5 weeks before we kick off the new campaign so plenty of time to get fitter and stronger so we can hopefully hit the ground running.
