Last night we beat T-Team away in the League 2-0, it was a hard fought victory which was made more difficult by the bumpy surface. I was pleased to score my first League goal with a far post header from a corner. In open play the game was very equal, we took full advantage of our dangerous set pieces with both goals coming from set plays. We remain at the top of the table after the first round of games, we must remain focused and keep working hard every game to ensure we give our wonderful supporters something to cheer about at the end of the season. The next month or so will be crucial so we need everyone fit and hungry if we are to mount a serious challenge for the title.
