PRE SEASON INTENSITY INCREASE...HILL RUNNING

Yesterday the  whole squad was put through their paces with some Hill running in Kuantan, this form of training is very good for muscular endurance, strength and power.
 Pre season has several phases, the first few weeks are to build up the base levels of fitness with longer distance runs followed by shorter, sharper speed and agility work. The next stage will be more friendly games to work on the technical and tactical aspects of our game before the season opener on January 17th. 
Everyone is working hard daily to ensure we make a good start and have a good campaign in 2014.
