SHANGHAI TOUR-PRE SEASON

We have just returned from a very good pre season training camp in Shanghai, China. We got an excellent week of physical and tactical preparation ahead of the Manchester United game next week in Hong Kong as well sowing some important seeds for the rest of the season.We finished the week with an excellent work out winning 1-0 against Chinese Super League team Shanghai East Asia. Shanghai is an amazing City which I really enjoyed and hope to return to again several times in the future
