Pre-Season is progressing well, the games have been coming thick and fast, We have had 6 games so far which I have managed to get several 45 minutes and a 90 minute under the belt. This stage of pre-season is about building up the fitness levels and getting a decent base level fitness for when the season kicks off in a few weeks time. We have just returned from a tour in Essex which was a testing but worthwhile week. (Right, in action against Eccleshill in the opening friendly game)
